Quality Engineer Pharma/Biotech (South-East NL)

| Your challenges?

• As a Quality Engineer, you will combine your technical expertise with good communication and coordination skills.
• You will work in a highly regulated environment, where quality, safety and effectiveness are key.
• You can be active in the entire core business of life sciences organizations: from R&D over (pre)clinical to manufacturing.
• Your focus could be on equipment (Lab equipment, Robotics, PLC, Autoclave, cleanrooms…), processes (liquid handling, supply chain, distribution..), software development…
• It is possible that you will have to travel to visit suppliers and other third parties.

| What do we expect from you?

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, biomedical/chemical or bioengineering, with any specialization.
• You obtained a training certificate in quality assurance or validation, or otherwise relevant experience.
• Experience in GxP environments is a plus.
• You make results happen and have a proactive work ethic.
• You are meticulous, yet pragmatic in your day-to-day work.
• Strong communication skills are needed with all key stakeholders to ensure quality assurance and validation is understood and implemented correctly.
• You have a good understanding of risk management.
• You are passionate about life sciences, the world where 1+1 is not always 2.
