MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (FLANDERS)

As a maintenance engineer we are looking for someone up to a challenging opportunity to lead projects in the maintenance department. You will think outside the box to bring new insights to the team and challenge current way of works.

| Your challenges?

• Manage multiple projects inside and outside the department
• Management of stock and technical documentation
• Organize and optimize preventive maintenance
• Sharing previous experiences to improve current situations
• Build new preventive maintenance plan for new machines
• Testing technical knowledge of new potential technicians
• Follow-up of renovations of existing machines
• Challenging the status quo and convincing the team of a new way of work

| What do we expect from you?

• An Engineering degree in (electro-)mechanics
• Experience in project management in the maintenance department
• You have knowledge of SAP
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and German are plus
• You are a teamplayer who can both work in a team as well as on an independent level
• You are result oriented and analytic
• You are focused on improvement and are not afraid to bring new idea’s to the table
