| Your challenges?

The Utilities Project Engineer's responsibility is to maintain and optimize all clean utilities systems and projects. The focus of the role is on ensuring equipment and facilities are operating as intended to meet the requirements for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

• You will support the quality and performance of Utility equipment.•
• You ensure all existing and new systems comply with regulatory agency requirements.
• You provide engineering services to support the troubleshooting of utility issues.
• You ensure projects are executed in a manner that meets quality and customer expectations
• You support the implementation of new utility equipment including URS generation, equipment selection, capital expense process, FAT/SAT execution, documentation, commissioning, and SOP development.
• You are responsible for the planning, development, scheduling, cost analysis, and presentation of project scope, design, deadlines, and workflow processes

| What do we expect from you?

• You have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or another Engineering/Science discipline.
• You have experience with utility equipment (HVAC, clean steam generators, boilers, potable water, air compressors, chillers) as well as in utilities processes and systems.
• You have experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have experience in black and clean utility systems, commissioning, and qualification
• You understand technical documents such as URS, SAT, FAT, Validation Protocols
• You speak French and English, Dutch is a plus.
