We are looking for an experienced System Test Engineer to be part of a multi-functional design environment with individual responsibility in the following areas:
| What do we expect from you?
Responsibilities:
- System Test Engineer responsibilities may include individual responsibilities as to create, modify, or use automated test systems.
- The System Test Engineer executes system test plans, follows test strategies, documents test cases, documents test results, and communicates progress on assignments and activities to the System Test Leader or Project Management.
- Among others the System Test Engineer works with the System Test Leader, System Engineers, Firmware and hardware Engineers in the System construction setup that leads to execute all applicable test cases and report test progress.
- Execution of Verification and Validation Test Plans
- Contribute to project risk assessment providing test case results.
- Post product launch responsibilities including customer support.
- Work with System Test Leader/System Engineer to define test assignments duration and material or equipment needed to complete the test assignments.
- Report and escalate to the System Test Leader/System Engineer as needed.
- Track use-case test plan execution, specifically the percent system tests completed through analysis of total test cases planned versus test cases executed.
- Provide progress and issue tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a 4-year accredited University.
- Master's degree is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in System Test Engineering with a Cybersecurity experience.
- Proficiency in Electronics and Firmware integration testing.
- Extensive experience in test setup creation.
- Strong background in Test System Design for electronic products, utilizing LabView or similar Test platforms, Raspberry Pi, and other general-purpose development boards.
- Proven track record in defining System Use Cases for test verification and validation.
- Ability to translate User Experience data into use case scenarios.
- Willingness to thrive in a process-driven environment, including formalized program management practices.
