SOFTWARE AUTOMATION ENGINEER (LOUVAIN-LA-NEUVE)

| What do we expect from you?

• An engineering degree in Automation or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a specialization in automation/control systems.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• The ability to thrive in project teams under a structured Quality Management System.
• Strong analytical skills for efficient technical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality technical documentation.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting customer needs in mission-critical applications.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short missions (approximately 20% of your time for short trips).

Nice to have:

• PLC programming expertise, specifically Siemens S7 400 and S7-1500.
• Experience in programming Safety PLC (Siemens S7-1500 safety).
• Proficiency in Supervision programming (Wonderware Intouch).
• Familiarity with industrial communications protocols like PROFIBUS, PROFINET, S7-comms, and PROFISAFE.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of Kepware is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
