| YOUR CHALLENGES?

Drive a step-change in inventory management throughout the global supply chain by orchestrating the various actors so that the working capital deployed is in line with business aspirations and commitments

• Develop and drive the global inventory programs/ roadmap delivering towards efficiency of inventory levels
• Drive (accuracy of) inventory forecast and scenario-based projections to understand the operating range compared to targets
• Define and deploy fact-based action plans to steer inventory proactively in line with targets
• Work with operational sector and business line management teams to drive business results and inventory levels as desired
• Lead and develop the global inventory management team and ensure the organization is fit for (future) business needs
• Identify opportunities to leverage inventory analytics and develop and adopt leading inventory management capabilities across the organization

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Education

Relevant MSc degree, e.g. business administration, supply chain or industrial engineering

Experience

• 15+ years relevant experience in a large international company (industry and/or consultancy), ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and/or Customer Support
• Good understanding of supply chain (planning) processes and inventory management, preferably in a B2B manufacturing and/or service environment
• Solid project/ program management experience
• Experienced in leading (multi-disciplinary) teams, preferably in a matrix organization
• Affinity with high tech, low volume industry

Personal skills

• Strategic thinker, combines strong analytics with pragmatic attitude
• Excellent stakeholder management / influencing skills
• Process-oriented and result-driven, challenges the status-quo
