We are looking for a Scrum Master to put in charge of the technical projects agile management and take over the relationship with our customers.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

We are looking for a Scrum Master to put in charge of the technical projects agile management and take over the relationship with our customers.

• Business Process Management: Functional analysis supervision
• Manage a full scrum team / squad involving BA, Developers, Test Analysts
• Manage all scrum rituals and channelise the team efforts towards seamless deliver
• You must ensure project management and follow-up the customer relationship.
• Using Agile/Scrum practices and values to guide the team and to delight customers.

| What do we expect from you?

You feel comfortable and experienced with:

• 3-5 years Software development and/or Project Management experience in an Engineering or IT environment using Scaled Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience at a platform level (Scaled Agile).
• Experience with Agile software and collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Wiki, Workboard, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, time management, relationship building and influencing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
