PROJECT MANAGER - LEXINGTON KY/SENECA SC

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in stamping or sheet metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and supplier relations within the manufacturing industry.

| Your challenges?

• Lead and manage projects related to stamping or sheet metal components, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of components.
• Conduct regular meetings and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.

| What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management within stamping or sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
