PROJECT LEADER (MACHINERY/NUCLEAR)

We are looking for a project leader who is capable of guiding a cross functional team from the engineering phase to final series production, while safeguarding the project scope, timing and budget. You manage all risks and issues in a structured way.

| Your challenges?

• You will take responsibility for defining the project specifications together with all stakeholders and for setting up the whole project approach and plan.
• As a project leader you will be accountable for the realization of the project deliverables. You closely follow up and manage the project budget, timing, product functional requirements and cost.
• You will regularly report to management and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• You are also responsible for the technical part of the project. You safeguard the technical coherence during the design phase, supported by your team members and relevant tools. You nurture cross-departmental feedback and input to optimize the cost and value of product design for all our stakeholders
• You will lead, motivate and steer the project team throughout the whole product development process; You guide the product from concept to industrialization
• To achieve your objectives, you work in a team with a different roles and specialties. Possibly and most likely your team will be international.

| What do we expect from you?

• A Master Engineering degree in (electro-)mechanics
• A first relevant working experience of 1 or 2 years
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Knowledge of project management skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• You can take decisions in tough situations, whilst maintaining project scope, timing & budget.

• You can keep focus on important things while processing big amounts of information
