B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, Materials Science, Sustainable Energy, or other relevant academic background.

Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Relevant Filed.

Experience within any below is desirable:

• Electrical vehicle development.
• Electrical engineering.
• Battery of fuel cell product development skills.
• Experience in industrial electrification environment.
• Experience working with electrical powertrain projects.

Deep understanding of the process steps involved in battery cell manufacturing is meritorious. Experience from automotive industry and with suppliers is meritorious. Leadership experience, i.e., as a scrum master or similar technical lead is meritorious.

Software skills such as social, outgoing and curious are meritorious.

Fluency in English - verbal and written is required. Knowledge of the Swedish language is desirable.
