TMC New Product Introduction consultants are bridge-builders between R&D and production and understand the language of both worlds. We’re technically involved and interact with all the stakeholders. We work to exceed our clients’ expectations, focusing energy and expertise in all the stages of bringing a new product from R&D to production smoothly.

Our TMC NPI team consists of 45+ engineers and project managers, having an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset, eager to solve technical problems and help our clients to professionalize their projects and procedures.

| YOUR PROFILE

• You are educated and experienced in Tech Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Technology (BTech). Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical-, Mechatronic-, Aeronautical-, Automotive- or Electrical Engineering;
• Experience in introducing new products and/or processes from engineering to production (industrialisation), where the ability to distinguish between key issues and secondary issues is very important;
• You have excellent technical and commercial insight;
• You have to be fluent in English and are willing to master Dutch during time.
