JUNIOR/MEDIOR DBA ORACLE (FRENCH AND ENGLISH)

| Your challenges?

• Manage and administer our database systems, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patches.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database-related incidents and issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential for integration into our systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, ensuring effective communication in both French and English.

| What do we expect from you?

• Fluent in both French and English
• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience working as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Familiarity with database performance monitoring and tuning tools.
• Understanding of data backup, recovery, and security concepts.
• Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
