IAM ANALYST
The IAM Analyst is a pivotal member of the Service & Delivery Management Team, entrusted with the critical task of fortifying user identities and shielding essential applications, data, and systems against unauthorized intrusion. This entails overseeing the identities and access privileges of individuals within and beyond the organization's confines. The role demands meticulous alignment of access rights with each individual's current responsibilities, along with the ability to furnish detailed summaries of access privileges at specific junctures. Collaborating closely with IT administrators and service owners, the IAM Analyst orchestrates necessary adjustments, executes IAM procedures, and monitors the user lifecycle.

- Implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for all aspects of identity management.
- Documentation and reinforcement of company policies and protocols concerning identity and access management.
- Identification of avenues for enhancing the IAM strategy, policies, and processes.
- Staying abreast of the latest identity and access management best practices.
| What do we expect from you?
- The IAM Analyst role necessitates a fusion of technical acumen and interpersonal finesse.
- Data Collection: Proficiency in gathering and analyzing relevant data pertaining to user access, permissions, and security protocols.
- Documentation: Crafting functional and/or technical requirement documentation.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluation of risks associated with access controls, authentication mechanisms, and authorization processes.
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001:2022 and ISMS (Information Security Management System).
- Proficiency in interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Client-centric approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with Role-based access control.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or similar systems is advantageous.
