BUYER / CONTRACT MANAGER

| Your challenges?

• You manage purchase files from A to Z from competition to award. Thorough understanding of the needs / challenges of the internal customer, and the technical content.
• You Negotiate important change requests/additional costs/issues and this in consultation with the PL.
• You convince through analysis. Impact making by anticipating possible problems.
• You build long-term relationships with contractors as well as monitoring the needs of internal customers.
• You contribute to the commodity strategy and market analysis.
• You lead a number of MFTs (multifunctional teams) or working groups in your field aimed at creating impact.

| What do we expect from you?

• You have 3 to 5 years with relevant professional purchasing experience.
• You have technical affinity or interest (via education/experience/interest/motivation).

• Perfect knowledge of Dutch or French. Knowledge of the other national language is an important asset. English is a plus.

• You can fully use MS office.
• You are autonomous and goal oriented.
• You are a team player.
