AI ENGINEER

| Your challenges?

• Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework in collaboration with the user community to optimize the utilization of AI solutions and services within the organization. Continuously assess its effectiveness and propose enhancements to amplify value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify strategic business opportunities and challenges where AI solutions can drive impactful outcomes.
• Plan and execute experiments to validate the performance, accuracy, and reliability of models, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
• Interpret business requirements, deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms, and automate tasks to enhance decision-making processes, adhering to IT policies.
• Work closely with IT teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into the existing IT infrastructure and workflows.
• Oversee maintenance and support activities, either directly or through external teams, to ensure the delivery of top-notch services.
• Serve as a technical authority in the field of AI, offering expert guidance and specialized advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the AI Act and data security standards when handling sensitive customer information.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science within the financial services domain, and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projects.

| What do we expect from you?

• Hold a university degree, equivalent to at least a Bachelor's, preferably in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience, with a strong track record in developing and deploying ML/AI/GenAI solutions, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions for end-users, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Azure and AzureML, or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Python programming with extensive experience in machine learning libraries.
• Familiarity with banking and financial data structures, along with an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry challenges, is advantageous.
• Good grasp of project management principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Fluent in English.
